Internal portal
What is running, what is blocked, and how much furnace time is going into the gaps between charges. Every charge, every basket, every customer in it.
For the floorStation tablets
Scan, load, temper, count out. Each screen answers one question and shows the reason behind the answer. The tablet never decides anything itself.
For the customerCustomer portal
A customer monitors their own lots moving through the plant, with the parameters their control plan names. They never see a charge, because a charge is shared.
The data behind these screens is one real day
Friday 12 September 2026, reconstructed from STEP’s own Planning Sheet, Daily Work Management Review Sheet, PIR THT-1983, Test Report 1619 and CIE’s rejection report. It includes the charge STEP passed at 270.6 HV and CIE rejected at 296.2 HV, the temper soak that ran 45 minutes against 60, and the six SQF-3 charges with a half-hour gap between every one.
